Hello! I’m Mary Alice Cheray, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant(IBCLC), passionate about supporting new mothers in their breastfeeding experience. For 14 years, I have had the privilege of assisting families with breastfeeding, first as a registered nurse in labor & delivery, which then led to a focus on, and passion for, lactation. My own breastfeeding challenges showed me how important the balance of knowledge and support are in a successful breastfeeding journey. I’m committed to providing personalized guidance, empowering families to achieve their feeding goals. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a belief in the power of informed support. I look forward to assisting you and your little one in this beautiful and important season.
